LEADERSHIP
- Leadership is a awesome responsibility and sometime feels lonely.
- If you will look at 1 Thess. 5:12, it says to know them that Labor among you and over you in the Master, and admonish you.
- The word “know” means to know, to perceive, and to understand.
- To know is to get to know them and to understand all that they do is to lead you to that intimacy with the Master.
- To admonish you is to warn, to remind, to caution and reprove.
- 1 Thess. 5:13 says, to esteem them highly in love for their work, and to be at peace among yourselves.
- Esteem is to consider them and lift them up and think highly of them or to respect them.
- Look at the second part of this verse, to be at peace among yourselves.
- Look at verse 14, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feeble minded, support the weak, and be patient with all men.
- See that NONE render evil for evil unto any man, but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves and to all men.
